Before meeting with Ryan I had not entered into a gym. So from day one he drew out a program to fit my personal strengths to which he adapted as my fitness levels took off.
Keeping an eye on my eating and exercising plans away from sessions, Ryan was very supportive and a great help. This was the push and motivation I needed to get to brilliant personal health and strength. Gym sessions were hard but worth every minute.
