I have trained with Ryan for the past two and a half years. I was looking for someone to provide some proper guidance on how to maximise benefit from exercise, with a view to building a longer term program. What I got was far more – advice on specific training, tailored home and gym programs that I could execute on my own, a comprehensive nutrition plan to work along side the trading and finally, some fascinating dialogue around strength of mind and how to focus on achievable goals.
Ryan is far more than a personal trainer – he is very ambitious to develop a complete exercise, nutrition and mind plan for his clients. I have enormous admiration for his dedication and sense of professionalism which sets him apart from the competition.
