I have just completed a three month membership of Ryan’s ladies only ‘Bod Squad’ group. I contacted Ryan to find out more about his program following a recommendation from a friend and after seeing how her physique had changed.
Ryan and his ‘BOD Squad’ program not only got me fitter, stronger and toned but also gave me the knowledge to make better food choices thanks to the easy to use online nutrition system available as part of the membership.
I completely lack motivation and so attending the 3 weekly training sessions with a small group of like-minded ladies was exactly what I needed. I had also never worked with weights, even though I’ve been a gym member on and off for a number of years. Ryan gave me the confidence to lift weights I would never have imagined possible (he has the ability to push you to your limits), in a safe and controlled environment. Each and every session was tough but so enjoyable!
Would I recommend Ryan….absolutely, without a shadow of a doubt!
