I joined BOSS-Fit August 2020 as I was lacking focus and motivation in my routine exercise, dipping in and out and not really giving it the attention it needed, whilst also being unhappy with fitness levels and physique. I started with Ryan’s BOSS-Fit morning sessions and haven’t looked back.
Since training with Ryan I have lost 6kg, my physique has visibly improved, and most importantly I enjoy every single session. Also, following Ryan’s nutritional advice outside of the gym has been very important in achieving my various goals.
During sessions, Ryan is obviously on-hand to provide expert advice, which in turn has increased my confidence to challenge myself. Outside of training Ryan checks-in regularly, firstly to maintain accountability in terms of diet, water intake etc, as well checking if there is any additional help or support I require.
I have already recommended Ryan to a friend of mine, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health.
