I originally signed up to Ryan’s Strong Not Skinny programme as two of my friends had joined up and had positive results. I was unhappy with my weight/body shape and felt I needed some oomph to help me achieve my goals as my current workout routine was not working.
During the training programme I met some lovely ladies, learned a lot about myself, the food I was eating and what I should be eating, as well as the type of exercise I should be doing to achieve the results I wanted. I became more confident in the gym and in myself! I also lost a fair bit of weight and could fit into clothes I had not got into for a long time!
I found Ryan’s group training programme great as it gave me the coaching I needed to help me achieve my goals! Ryan has a lot of knowledge/experience to share which was great alongside the programme to build my knowledge of why we trained the way we did! Thanks Ryan for everything you have done for me ☺
