I figured that after giving up regular football I’d kind of let myself go a bit… I needed to find some motivation to get back into reasonable shape. But having always done exercise as a team sport I knew I’d never motivate myself! That’s where Ryan came in, he changed my whole outlook on training… I never would’ve changed my diet, or entered a gym. His one on one training made me feel better instantly, both physically and mentally. The results spoke for themselves even on a limited schedule. I couldn’t recommend him enough. There’s not much he doesn’t know, a personal trainer at the top of his game!
