I started training with Ryan because he promised me he would make me taller and better looking. After 6 months of training I’m still 5 foot nothing.. but i have lost around 5kg and gained muscle too. I went from barely being able to do a press up to deadlifting double my bodyweight. I am now on top of my nutrition and I also know my way around the gym. His knowledge is second to none and as well as being professional we also have a good laugh. Not only is he my coach I’ve also gained a good friend, I’m looking forward to the next 6 months!
