I am due to cycle London to Paris (300 miles in 4 days). For 3 months I just jumped on my bike and rode out not really achieving much. My fitness and cycling was not improving and my other sports and training was suffering. Ryan offered to help with my goal of improving my cycling performance and improving or at least maintaining my strength and power.
Ryan has been brilliant and a massive help and I have surpassed all my expectations for my goal. Ryan has helped me with diet; weight training plan; cycle training plan; nutrition for my training; and advice on anything to do with my training and diet. I am now leaner and more powerful than before, my cycling performance has improved well beyond my wildest expectations and so has my strength and my general fitness has also improved.
