I would like to just explain to those who may be struggling with their weight that your worries are over, all you need to do is sign up to a 12 week programme with the superb personal trainerRyan Holder. I felt at a loss with my weight gaining every week and my eating habits were awful, I had to do something about it and please look at the before and after pictures to prove that eating correctly and moving more really does get results. I had never considered a personal trainer but following recommendations from family and friends I took up the challenge with Ryan, he has a vast knowledge of the body and it’s functions . Ryan gave me 100% support both on one to one basis and via social media. Ryan also tailored his training to suit me which I found very helpful , he also gave me a home exercise / training routine to follow at home. I feel much fitter and can now wear lace up shoes again as no belly to get in the way . I have now got more energy and stamina and intend to continue training and hopefully loose more weight, however I know Ryan will continue to support me should I struggle.
