I commenced personal training with Ryan Holder in October 2012. I quickly realised he had the qualities to drive my performance to achieve personal objectives. I therefore decided last summer that I wanted to complete a marathon; an ambitious goal for someone who had never done any running in the past. Ryan has been excellent in helping me along every step of my journey. Not only did he create an excellent and tailored fitness programme for me, but based on his wealth of experience Ryan was able to provide me with lots of invaluable tips and techniques and in-depth information on dietary regimes and injury prevention. Although challenging, Ryan also had the ability to make sessions both enjoyable and fun, and his enthusiasm is infectious. With Ryan’s help I successfully completed the London marathon in April 2013. I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough.
