I signed up with Ryan for 4 months, wanting to get myself motivated. Back over the course of the past couple of years I had got into a bit of a rut where I just did no exercise at all. So Ryan set me up an amazing plan over the course of 4 months concentrating mainly on weight training. I really enjoyed the whole process and got some great results (physically and mentally) My favourite training day of the week was the 1 on 1 with Ryan. I learnt sooooo much which I could take away and put into my other sessions alone. Having someone like Ryan tracking your progress really helps you keep your head in the game and aim to impress! Sometimes we all need support and he definitely gave me that. Ryan is incredibly knowledgable and very professional. And also a right laugh (which helps) thanks Ryan
