Well, I’m a personal trainer, strength coach, fat loss expert, mindset coach, gym owner, husband, father and an all round great guy! LOL!
But why should you listen to me?
Well with over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, having worked with 100’s of clients, I know how to improve peoples strength and physique.
It also helps that I have the personal experience of dieting down for a physique show, so I know what it takes to get down to a low body fat.
Plus I’ve competed in numerous powerlifting competitions, one being the British Nationals, so again, I know what it takes to get strong.
