” I would like to just explain to those who may be struggling with their weight that your worries are over, all you need to do is sign up to a 12 week programme with the superb personal trainerRyan Holder. I felt at a loss with my weight gaining every week and my eating habits were awful, I had to do something about it and please look at the before and after pictures to prove that eating correctly and moving more really does get results. I had never considered a personal trainer but following recommendations from family and friends I took up the challenge with Ryan, he has a vast knowledge of the body and it’s functions . Ryan gave me 100% support both on one to one basis and via social media. Ryan also tailored his training to suit me which I found very helpful , he also gave me a home exercise / training routine to follow at home. I feel much fitter and can now wear lace up shoes again as no belly to get in the way. I have now got more energy and stamina and intend to continue training and hopefully loose more weight, however I know Ryan will continue to support me should I struggle. Group Training

” I’ve been training as part of Ryan’s Bod-Squad for just over a year. I work full time and am studying for an additional qualification, so training 3x45min a week fits in with my busy schedule…and it works! As part of the training program, you have access to Ryan’s nutrition system which is easy to follow and has a good variety of recipes. Ryan is also on hand to help out with nutritional advice.
Training as part of a small group brings the benefit of Ryan’s PT expertise, so you learn how to train safely and effectively. It also brings accountability, support, fun and friendship. The camaraderie within the group is a real motivator. There are times where I don’t feel like training but Ryan and the girls are always there to help motivate me.
I highly recommend the Bod-Squad training program, it takes effort and commitment but you’ll have fun along the way and reap the rewards by losing body fat, getting stronger and more confident and looking fab! “

” I’ve been with Ryan for about 10 months now. I had been training on my own and doing my own sessions and food for about a year. I hit a brick wall and knew ryan from previously playing football with him so decided to seek some expert advice. Since day one he has been nothing short of fantastic. My only regret is I didn’t join earlier. What I like about his methods is that it all isn’t focused on training and what I do in the gym.
